Role Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to join our growing outpatient team. This is a great fit for someone passionate about primary care and looking for a long-term home to build their career and patient relationships.

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient primary care services including evaluations, diagnosis, and management of chronic and acute conditions
Collaborate with supervising physicians and medical assistants for coordinated care
Communicate clearly with patients in Chinese to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatments, and preventative care
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement efforts
Build long-term patient relationships within a culturally aligned setting

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York State (required)
Fluency in spoken Chinese (required); written Chinese is a plus
Passion for community-based care and patient education

Schedule:

Full-time (8-hour day shifts)
No nights or weekends
