Role Overview:
We are hiring a Physician Assistant fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to provide patient-centered care in our outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA interested in long-term stability and making a community impact.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient visits, perform assessments, diagnose and treat conditions
Create evidence-based treatment plans under physician supervision
Communicate with patients and families in Chinese to ensure understanding and comfort
Work closely with a team of physicians, MAs, and front desk staff
Participate in quality improvement and professional development

Qualifications:

Active NY State PA license (required)
Fluency in spoken Chinese (required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for primary care; new grads encouraged to apply!

Schedule:

Full-time (8-hour day shifts)
No nights or weekends
Flexible schedule available
