We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)—to join our high-performing and deeply compassionate clinical team. The APP is a key partner in delivering hands-on patient care, education, and emotional support throughout the fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct new patient consults, assessments, and ongoing care visits for fertility patients.

Provide patient education on treatment plans, procedures, and medication protocols.

Perform ultrasounds, intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), diagnostic testing, and assist in other clinical procedures.

Offer empathetic emotional and psychological support to patients undergoing fertility treatment.

Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience.

Participate in a rotating schedule that includes early mornings, weekends, and holiday coverage.
Qualifications:

Active PA-C or CNP license in the State of Michigan (unrestricted).

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health. Reproductive medicine experience strongly preferred.

ACLS certification is a plus (sponsorship available for the right candidate).

High-level interpersonal, listening, and counseling skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a fast-paced clinical schedule.

Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Professional, composed, and genuinely compassionate toward patients and colleagues.
