Busy private practice Cardiology in Beverly Hills is looking for a confident, friendly and experienced Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for hospital rounds, wound care and clinic days. Competitive salary, malpractice insurance, friendly work environment in a beautiful spa like office. Lots of options for professional development including participation in research activities. Cardiology experience preferred.

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Perform utilization management activities to ensure appropriate and cost-effective use of healthcare resources.
- Prescribe and manage medications for patients.
- Adhere to professional standards and guidelines in providing patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.

-Complete treadmill stress test for patients

Skills:-

- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems (Practice Fusion preferable)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed clinical decisions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to standards.
