We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). New graduates with strong clinical rotations and communication skills are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Assess & Plan: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Diagnostics & Treatment: Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures; implement evidence-based treatments.
- Patient Education: Counsel patients on health management—from chronic disease to family planning and wellness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other allied health professionals.
- Utilization Review: Participate in utilization-review processes to ensure care appropriateness.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document encounters in the EHR; adhere to all relevant laws (including workers’ comp).
- Care Coordination: Order/manage durable medical equipment (DME) and coordinate referrals to specialists.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current licensure/certification as an NP or PA (CA license preferred)
- Proficiency in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing
- Strong clinical knowledge in primary care and geriatric medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable with patients of all ages
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EHR systems
- Understanding of utilization-review processes is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
