CENTRAL ILLINOIS URGENT CARE CLINIC located in Forsyth IL has full time positions for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Are you interested to be part of Forsyth's first Urgent Care Center. An opportunity to join our team and provide exceptional care to Forsyth and surrounding communities. Hours of operations –Monday through Friday – 8 to 7 & Saturdays and Sundays-10 to 6. Shifts are on a rotation schedule among the providers equal to 7 shifts biweekly. Our mission is to provide the best medical care with the latest technology of on-site laboratory, digital radiology, surgical suites, for acute illnesses, contusions, lacerations, I&D and a little bit of this and that when adult and pediatric patients are unable to seek immediate care from the PCP and conditions do not warrant the use of the emergency rooms. We also provide DOT certifications, work physicals, school & sport physicals, and worker comp injuries.
