About the Opportunity:

Dr. Hina Tareen, a well-established and respected rheumatologist in Flower Mound, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join her growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values long-term relationships and quality of care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

Assist with joint injections and other in-office procedures

Develop and manage treatment plans under physician supervision

Provide ongoing education and support to patients about disease processes and medications

Coordinate care with other specialists and healthcare providers

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications:

Current Texas PA license and certification (or eligibility)

Graduate from an accredited PA program

Prior experience in rheumatology, internal medicine, or related specialty preferred but not required

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care
