We're looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (PA or APRN licensed) to join our Medical Provider Team and make a difference in our community!

Our Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse under the supervision of the Medical Directors, is responsible for ensuring the efficient treatment of patients. HOPES has an integrated team model approach to patient care. Part of the Provider’s responsibility will include participation in organization wide Patient Centered Medical Home activities to enhance patient care.

This PA or APRNwill be licensed in the State of Nevada (or eligible) with a specialty in adult primary care, addiction medicine or infectious disease medicine as well as Board certified (or eligible). They will practice evidence-based and team based medical care. They will be an excellent, experienced primary care provider with a heart for our mission and our patients. Success in this role requires superb communication with both patients and the integrated care team and other services. Agility is a plus!

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The mission of all FQHCs is to provide excellent health care services to otherwise under-served populations. We accept most insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and the uninsured. For the uninsured, we offer discounted services based on a sliding fee scale.
We are a National Health Service Corp site, and our providers are eligible to apply toward a federal loan forgiveness program.
