About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This APP will join our OB/GYN team providing high-quality care for the full spectrum of women's healthcare needs, including gynecology, obstetrics, infertility treatments, surgical treatments, and more.
The APP will provide care in clinic at Legacy OB/GYN on campus of American Fork Hospital 2 days per week. The APP will spend the remainder of their time surgically assisting our obstetric hospitalists in the operating room at American Fork Hospital and Utah Valley Hospital. There is potential that clinic shifts will be moved to Utah Valley Hospital Campus in the future.
Full time and fully benefits eligible, the APP will work an average of 40 hours per week.

What you’ll bring:

Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

Eligible for State Controlled Substance License
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.

BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Prior surgical assisting and women's health experience is highly preferred.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$49.86 - $76.93
