About the Role
Stallant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate On-Site Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to manage an average of 3 patients per hour efficiently with the support of a skilled administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care screenings
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- Document all patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
- This role is designed to allow the provider to focus on patient care while support staff handle scheduling and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Current DEA license
- Minimum 2 year of clinical experience preferred/new grads considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-focused care and continuous improvement
Compensations & Benefits
- Salary: Up to $200,000 annually at full productivity
