The Opportunity

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine trained physicians.
New grads welcome to apply.
Fingerprinting via DOJ will be required.
Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

San Bernardino Health Center – San Bernardino, California

Adelanto Community Health Center – Adelanto, California

Ontario Health Center – Ontario, California

A Federally Qualified Health Center, this site is eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Referral resources include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and a MediCal case worker.
Facility hours for this location are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Good mix of patients including peds.
15-18 patients per day per provider.
Point of Care testing available at site; minimal labs.
