This position is a Full Time position at Moore County Family Health Clinic.
SUMMARY:
The Physician Assistant works as part of the clinic provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation, and monitoring the general patient management plan for clinic patients. The Physician Assistant performs these functions under the oversight of a licensed physician in a primary health care setting.
EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant program. This may be from a college or other accredited organization.
2. Board certification in specialty (if newly graduated from residency,
must be obtained within 3 years of graduation) must be kept current.
3. Unrestricted license to practice within Texas
4. Current DEA certificate without restriction
3-5 years of experience preferred.
