Join a dedicated,
multidisciplinary team at a leading community cancer center providing
compassionate, high-quality oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency,
and telehealth settings in Rutland, VT. We're seeking a skilled and motivated
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be part of an integrated,
patient-centered care model that makes a real impact. Our team consists of 2 Physicians
and 1 Physicians Assistant.
Position Overview:
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday – Friday,
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- No Weeknight Call
- One Weekend per Month
On-Call
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing
(NP) or graduate of an accredited PA program.
- Experience: Minimum
of 2 years as an NP or PA, preferably in oncology, internal medicine, or a
related specialty.
- For NPs: Licensed in Vermont
and board-certified (ANCC or equivalent).
- For PAs: Licensed in Vermont
and certified by the NCCPA.
- Unit-specific certifications
(ACLS, etc.) and completion of de-escalation/restraint training as applicable.
Key Skills:
- Clinical proficiency in
assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex medical conditions.
- Exceptional documentation,
reporting, and communication abilities.
- Collaborative team player
with a strong quality-improvement mindset.
- Technologically proficient,
including in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive range from
$120,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience.
