Responsibilities
- Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures
- Offer Family Planning and prenatal services as requested
- Care for pediatric and adult patients
Qualifications
- IL License REQUIRED
- NP experience preferred, but will consider RNs with relevant experience
- Comfortable working with pediatric and adult patients
