Responsibilities
- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call
- ACLS required and provider must participate in tumor boards
- Caseload will vary based on the site location
- Mix of hematology (20%) cases and oncology (80%) cases
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
