Responsibilities:
- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days
- BLS required
- 2 surgical cases per month, average of 24 patients per day per provider
- EKGs, PFTs, blood draws, urine checks, joint injection, pap smears, mole/wart removal, drug screen
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed

Benefits:
From $70.00 to $85.00 hourly. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.
