Responsibilities
- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, 7 on / 7 off
- ACLS and BLS required
- 170 - 200 surgical cases per month
- Must be able to provide anesthesia independently and be comfortable providing pediatric anesthesia
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
