Family Medicine Physician - Cincinnati, Ohio

Are you a compassionate and dedicated physician looking to make a difference in the lives of older adults? We are currently seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team in providing personalized primary care for Medicare patients.

Responsibilities:

- Outpatient responsibilities only - Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday - Small patient panels for consistency and focus - 12-15 patients per day - Implementing a value-based care model with competitive bonuses

Qualifications:

- Board certification in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine - Active, non-probationary state medical license - Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus
