We are excited to invite a 4th BE/BC Neonatologist to join our close-knit team in Palm Springs, CA. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to newborns and their families, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Work in a 30-bed community Level-III NICU
Manage an average daily census of 21 with 550 admissions annually
Receive support from an affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB Hospitalist practice
Utilize services such as high frequency ventilation and iNO
Participate in a schedule that promotes work/life balance
Take call from home in evenings on a 1:4 rotation
Engage in high risk follow-up clinic and teaching opportunities

Qualifications:

Board-certified or Board-eligible in Neonatology
Experience and training in neonatal care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
