Responsibilities:
- Accepting IM or FM physicians with EM experience
- Busy emergency department with approximately 14,000 annual visits
- 24-hour physician coverage model with supporting 12 hours of APP coverage
- Collaborative team environment with regular meetings
- Patient-centered care

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Active Ohio medical license
- Strong commitment to quality care and teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
