Welcome to our team! We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our practice. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to our valued patients, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to a mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients
- Manage a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- See an average of 15-18 patients per day
- No hospital responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
- Employed position with base salary, bonus incentives, and company stock
- $220,000 salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings
- Up to $50,000 in Bonus 1 and up to $20,000 in Bonus 2
- Malpractice coverage and $5,000 relocation assistance
- 22 days of PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, employee assistance program

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
- Full medical license
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
