Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient family medicine clinic in Bullhead City, AZ. This full-time position offers a stable weekday schedule—no weekends, no evenings, and no on-call responsibilities—ideal for clinicians looking to build meaningful patient relationships in a supportive and collaborative care environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Conduct routine physicals, wellness exams, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop individualized care plans and monitor treatment progress
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy living
- Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up care as needed
- Ensure compliance with clinical quality standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
- Graduate of an accredited U.S. NP or PA program
- DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
- Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
- Experience in outpatient family medicine or primary care preferred (new graduates welcome)
