Job Responsibilities:
- Daily patient encounters and collaboration with nursing staff to develop a care plan that will heal wounds and improve quality of life for the residents at our partner facilities.
- Application and utilization of advanced wound care treatments, devices and products.
- Bedside procedures including debridement of wounds.
- Making referrals and recommendations that will improve healing outcomes and enhance the care provided throughout the facility.
- Providing patient and staff education.
