Job Summary:
We seek a full-time, new, or experienced physician assistant to join our collaborative orthopedic team at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia.
Qualified Candidates:-
Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
- Must be a certified or board-eligible physician assistant
- Provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other physicians and dedicated patient care teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans, and ability to educate patients

Excellent clinical and communication skills

Ability to obtain a VA medical license, and DEA license

Mixture of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including intraoperative care as well as the evaluation and management of patients in outpatient clinic
