Iowa Specialty Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with a passion for proactive, evidence-based, whole-person care in a non-surgical outpatient setting. This provider will serve as a clinical leader within our innovative Longevity and Preventive Health Program, based in Des Moines.
Our program emphasizes advanced diagnostics, long-term health optimization, and personalized care strategies across cardiovascular prevention, metabolic health, physical performance, and lifestyle interventions. Providers will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized concierge-level care that supports patients in optimizing their health span and well-being.
Position
- Full time opportunity based in Des Moines, Iowa
- Outpatient, non-surgical setting
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct extended preventive health consultations and follow-ups
- Review and interpret advanced testing (labs, imaging, performance metrics, CGMs, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with care coordinators, registered dietitians, therapists, etc.
- Deliver personalized recommendations across sleep, nutrition, fitness, stress, and longevity-focused biomarkers
- Serve as a clinical lead in the development of evidence-based, high-touch care protocols

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted license in the state of Iowa
- Strong interest or experience in preventive medicine, functional medicine, internal medicine, sports medicine, or related fields
- Passion for patient-centered, data-informed care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
