Responsibilities

- Provide clinical and administrative leadership within our FQHC - Oversee quality improvement outcomes and lead teams effectively - Mentor and support clinicians to address care gaps - Develop innovative work methods and procedures to enhance patient care

Qualifications

- Experience in clinical leadership within an FQHC or CHC - Knowledge of medical practices and standards in community health settings - MPH degree is highly desirable - Ability to analyze data and improve quality in patient care - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
