Responsibilities
- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Days
- 8 hour days (flexible)
- 16 - 24 patients per day (mix of consults & procedures)
- Epidural, facet, transforaminal, medial branch & large joint procedures
Qualifications
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
