Responsibilities

- Weekdays, Days
- 55 yrs and older
- 4 - 6 patients per day
- Performs an initial comprehensive history and physical assessment on new enrollees
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed

- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
