Responsibilities:

Must have active state license
BC or BE required
Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Weekend call
ACLS, BLS and PALS required
100% EP lab and endo room coverage
General, endo, with EP lab experience
Credentialing needed
DEA needed

Qualifications:

Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
