Responsibilities
- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare
- Maintain small patient panels for consistency and focus
- See 12-15 patients per day
- Implement a value-based care model with competitive bonuses
Qualifications
- Board certification in IM, FM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active, non-probationary state medical license
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus but not required
