Seeing all ages
Performing various procedures like primary care, wellness visits, physical exams, and more

Qualifications

Active OH license
Previous experience with in-home physicians and patient visits
Board Certification- NP
Minimum of 1 year experience as practicing NP
BLS certification
Proof of car insurance and valid driver's license
