Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent
- Current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
- Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in related field
