Responsibilities
- Work in an LTAC/Rehab setting
- See 18-20 patients per day, primarily geriatrics (65+)
- Provide primary care and wound care services
- Utilize Point Click Care EMR system
Qualifications
- Must have VA License, DEA, and Covid Vaccination
- Experience in primary care preferred
