Frequently Asked Questions

Registration - I'm not sure if I'm categorized as an Employer or a Recruiter on your website. How should I register? If you are a hospital, health system, medical practice or management company, you should register in our "Employer" section. If you are a locum tenens or permanent placement recruiter or a consulting firm, you should register under "Recruiting/Staffing Firms".

Login Issues - Login Issues: If you cannot remember your login information, there is a link on the login screen where you can have your user name/password sent by email to your email address on file. If you are having further difficulty please contact customer service via email or phone. Here are a few general login tips:

1. Make sure you are on the correct login page where you are registered (Employer, Recruiting Firm, Job Seeker). Your login will not work for the other areas of our website.

2. The login system is CASE sensitive. If you used upper/lower case letters when creating your user name/password, you must use them when logging in.

3. PhysicianWork uses session cookies for the secure login system. If you have your cookies turned off, you will not be able to use this website. To enable session cookies in your web browser, please consult the documentation included with your browser. Most browsers will have a "help" link on the menu.

4. Sometimes your computer will store an incorrect our out-dated password on your computer. To correct, go to the login page and enter your user name. Then, hit the 'TAB' key which will move your cursor to the password field. If there are a bunch of asterisks in the password field, delete them and enter your correct password. Your system will then normally ask you if you want to save/update the new password. Select yes and then click on "login".

5. Some firewall software can cause difficulties. Make sure you allow your firewall software to interact with PhysicianWork. Instructions on how to do this can be obtained from your firewall software manufacturer or users manual.
